We call splash page as introduction page. In some website,
there are splash page. Always splash page is not required because it
kills time. Visitor should wait if there is higher loading time due to splash
page. In earlier days splash page were used for surprise. It is better to
make simple navigation. Flash also kills time. Creates unwanted pressure to
eye. Creates confusion. It is better to use RGB color code. This will
not create extra load to page. Color code is natural. CSS is best for
styling. It is easy and editable. HTML pages are easily detectable by search
engine. Scripting is time consuming.
Sound file is not encouraged for designing.
